Edit the Archive Data of Drawings in a Project

General

  • Use this function to view and browse the drawing archive data of the active project.
  • Viewing and comparing data in list form is easy and it is useful because the archive data of the drawing is printed on the drawing sheet.
    • Please note, however, that you cannot access all the fields that the drawing archive card contains in the list format.

View and edit the data of the drawings in the project

  1. Select Archives | Projects | Data > Drawing Data.
    • The program opens the dialog box Drawings Archived under Project in which the archived drawings that belong to the project are listed.
  2. You can view project model data on two pages
    • The Main Page shows the model's label, code, designer's name and date, description 1 and project.
    • The Further Details show the model label, description 2, description 3, class, product, and connected to field contents.
  3. Edit the data, if necessary
    1. Click the field you want to edit in the desired row.
    2. Edit the field content.
    3. Repeat steps a and b to continue.
  4. If necessary, you can open an archive card of the project or drawing for viewing, but not for editing.
    • Click the Project button, and you can view the project data.
    • Select a drawing in the list and click the Drawing button. You can view the archive data of the drawing.
  5. Close and save the changes by clicking OK.
