Edit Project Archives Data
General
- Use this function to view or edit project information.
- You can browse projects by cards or as a list.
- You can also use this function to list the models and drawings in the desired project.
Browse and, if necessary, edit the data of the project archives.
- Select Archives | Projects | Maintenance > Edit Archive Data.
- The program opens the dialog box Search Data.
- Enter the project search data, if necessary.
- You can enter the name of the project, the names of the responsible persons, a description, the customer's name and label, the status of the project or the date of creation as search data.
- When defining search terms, you can use an asterisk (*) to replace several characters or a question mark (?) to replace a single character.
- Click OK to accept the search criteria.
- The program lists the projects that meet the search criteria.
- If you did not enter any search criteria, all projects will be listed.
- If there are several projects in the search result, you can browse the data.
- By default, the project data is displayed by cards. Scroll through the cards with the up arrow and down arrow keys or the scroll bar on the right side.
- Select Browse database as list, or press the Shift and Down Arrow keys to view the data in list format.
- From the list view, you can get back to the project card by double-clicking on a row in the list.
- If necessary, edit the project data on the tabs of the dialog box.
- Basic Data.
- Customer.
- On the Documents tab, you can list the models or drawings in the project in text, Excel or htm format.
- Exit and save the changes you made by clicking the OK button.
Note: You can edit the archives data of the active project by selecting Archives | Projects | Data.
