List the Models and Drawings of a Project

General

• You can list the models and drawings of the active project in xls (Excel) or htm format.
• Please note that on the Documents tab of the project card, you can list not only the previous formats but also a list of archived models and drawings in text format.
  • You can open the project card with the function Archives | Projects | Data.

Run listings

• Select Archives | Projects | Data > Models (xls).
  • The function opens Excel and lists the central archive data of the models of the active project there.
  • The function suggests a name and storage location for the file.
  • Enter a file name and select a storage folder.
• Select Archives | Projects | Data > Models (htm).
  • The function opens a browser and lists the central archive data of the models of the active project there.
  • If necessary, save the file to the folder you selected.

• Select Archives | Projects | Data > Drawings (xls).
  • The function opens Excel and lists the central archive data of the drawings of the active project there.
  • The function suggests a name and storage location for the file.
  • Enter a file name and select a storage folder.
• Select Archives | Projects | Data > Drawings (htm).
  • The function opens a browser and lists the central archive data of the drawings of the active project there.
  • If necessary, save the file to the folder you selected.
