Edit the Archive Data of Models in a Project

General

  • Use this function to view and browse the model archive data of the active project.
  • This function is useful when you want to compare the data of the model in the project, since the data is presented in a list format.
  • The corresponding function is related to the project's drawings, the comparison and addition of data of which is more important than the data of the models, because the archive data of the drawing is supplemented to the drawing sheet.

View and edit the data of the models in the project

  1. Select Archives | Projects | Data > Model Data.
    • The program opens the dialog box Models Archived under Project in which the archived models that belong to the project are listed.
  2. You can view project model data on two pages
    • The Main Page shows the model's label, code, designer's name and date, description 1 and project.
    • The Further Details show the model label, description 2, description 3, class, product, and connected to field contents.
  3. Edit the data, if necessary
    1. Click the field you want to edit in the desired row.
    2. Edit the field content.
    3. Repeat steps a and b to continue.
  4. If necessary, you can open an archive card of the project or model for viewing, but not for editing.
    • Click the Project button, and you can view the project data.
    • Select a model in the list and click the Model button. You can view the archive data of the model.
  5. Close and save the changes by clicking OK.
