Open Other Documents Belonging to the Project

General

• Vertex project folders (.../shared/projects/*) are primarily intended only for files created when Vertex models and drawings are created and processed, but may contain other documents, such as pdf or doc files.
• The file is opened with the program to which the file extension is associated in the Windows operating system.
• Please note that dwg files should be opened with drag and drop functionality or File > Open File.

Open documents other than Vertex under the project folder

1. Select Archives | Projects | Data > Other Documents Under Project.
   • The program opens the Windows Open dialog box from the active project folder.
2. Select the type of file you want to open
   • By default, files in jpg format are listed.
   • Options include xls, doc, docx, dwg, and pdf.
   • The program lists files according to the selected file format.
3. Select a file.
4. Select Open.
