Data Calculated from a Space Volume

The following data is calculated from a space volume for the energy report:

• Volume - Volumes by zone (warm/half-warm)
• Wall area
• Area of horizontal structures - Floors, ceilings and roofs
• Opening area - The area and glass area of windows and doors
• Opening perimeters - The perimeter of windows and doors
• Corner running meters - The lengths of the exterior and interior corners of the walls
• Horizontal structure perimeters - The length of the joint between the horizontal structure (floor, ceiling, roof) and the wall

Note

• The energy report presents the calculated values as separate values or it may sum up the values of identical building components, depending on the combine_structures keyword that is defined in the system settings:
