Update a Building from the DesignStream System

When you try to open a building, and a newer version exists on the server compared to the local building archive, you will receive the following error message: "Different version in DesignStream. Update building!" You can update the building by deleting it from the local building archive as follows:

1. Select Archives | Buildings | Maintenance Delete.
2. Select the building to be deleted from the list.

3. Confirm by clicking OK.
4. Confirm building deletion by selecting Yes in the message box.

You can then check out the building from the server.
