Remove a Face

1. On the tab, in the Faces group, click Remove faces.
2. Select one or more surfaces.
3. Select Confirm.

   The Delete surface dialog box is opened.

4. By the button Add you can add surfaces, or change the removed surface by the button Chance.
5. If you select the Trim connected surfaces, the selected surfaces is removed, and their next surfaces is trimmed so that the model is kept as the closed volume.
6. Click OK.

In Context-sensitive Menu

You can delete one or more selected surfaces from the model. You can select trimming of adjacent surfaces when deleting a surface.

1. Select one or more surfaces.
2. Select the context-sensitive function Faces> Delete.
3. Define the data in the dialog box.
   • View, change or delete the selected surfaces with the buttons. Select the surface from the list and click a button.
   • Click the Add button to add a surface by clicking it in the model.
   • If you select the Trim connected surfaces, the selected surfaces is removed, and their next surfaces is trimmed so that the model is kept as the closed volume.
4. Click OK.
