Calculate Gears
With this function can be calculate gears using the Vertex Application software GEAmain.cyl and GEAmain.bev. By the first mentioned is performed goofy cylindrical gears calculate ( surface pressure and base strength) and the later straight tooth strength calculation. The calculation is based on the SFS standard Cylinder gears: SFS 3390 ja SFS 4790 and Staight tooths bevel wheels: SFS 3391 ja SFS 5488, which is based on the SFS hand book 24 (1989). The symbol is added as a group in to a drawing.
- Open the Browser.
Browser Archives - Select Libraries, and open the Symbols folder.
- Select under the Constant folder, the Tool Box.
- Select Calculate Gear, and select the context-sensitive function Add.
- Select the strength calculation software of the gear.

- The help is opened. Exit by the Cancel button.
- The calculating is counting continue depending on the program selection.
