Pipe Component Properties (3D)

You can use the functions in this dialog box to define the properties of a new pipe component.

Dialog Box Options

Component Type

Defines the type of the component. Straight pipe, Curve, Hose, Set-on, Other Component.

Fixed

Is the part fixed in place or is it unfixed and free to move?

Stretch

The data defined when the new component was created is displayed. The minimum and maximum values of the stretch can be edited later.

If you select Fixed components dimensions do not change when editing the assembly. For example, if you drag a pipe on the pipeline, the dimensions of a component with this selection will not change.
