Connect a Trim Piece to a Wall or Area

With this function, those trim pieces which have been added with the Add a Trim as a Profile function are connected to a wall or an area, for example an eaves. When the wall or eave is moved, the trim pieces are moved with it.

When creating a new eave trim type the added trims must be connected to the correct eave with this function. Connecting is done separately for each eave.

1. Select Modeling | Connection | Joint Trims Connect.
2. Select the wall or the eave. When you select an eave, first select a view where it is easy to select the roof eave in the model window. For example, select Top View from the tool strip.
3. Select the trim piece to be connected.
4. Select Confirm.
