Object Type

The following object types are connected to the wall panels:

• Interior Wall Panel - Panel shape and all the parts included in the interior wall panel.
• Exterior Wall Panel - Panel shape and all the parts included in the exterior wall panel.
• Wall Member - Wall frame parts (studs, nailers) and parts attached to the wall (columns, beams).
• Sheets - Sheathing layers of the wall panel.

The following object types are connected with floor and roof panels:

• Floor Panel, Roof Panel, Ceiling Panel - Panel shape and all the parts included in the panel. The visible geometry of the panel is a symbol in a 2D drawing.
• Frame Line - A wall or frame line defined for wall members (columns, beams) connected to a wall. Panel drawings can be created of frame lines.
• Beam Structure - A panel created from a beam in a roof framing.

In addition, following object types are connected to the panel drawings:

• Element Views - Projections added to a panel drawing.
• Item ID - The labels of parts displayed in a panel drawing.
• View Dimension - Dimension lines displayed in a panel drawing.

When the object type has been selected, you can select an object in the basic mode of the program and apply a function to it. For example, you can move or delete an object or edit its properties.
