Edit the Options Database of a Project

Option System

Use this function to open and edit the project-specific Options database.

  1. Select Options | Project Options.
  2. Edit the database in the Project Options database view. Depending on your system, you can select the project options either from the DesignStream system (requires the DesignStream Interface add-on option) or from the master list of options (Master database).

Note

  • You can edit the option information at any point during the design process. You can change the Option Id of options, for example. When you do so, be sure to refresh the changes to the options you have already added to the floor plan. Otherwise the options will not work correctly. You can refresh the changes to the options using the Edit Option Data function.
  • The Options database is stored with the project so the same option names can be used in multiple projects.
