Machine an Assembly

Machining an assembly is performed with a part or a library component with a machining feature. Such a component can be used to machine more than one part in an assembly. Using an existing machining feature will speed up the work and decrease the number of errors. For example, a machining feature can be used to machine parts, blanks, in an assembly.

In an assembly, a machining feature can be a part or a library component. Several machining features can be added to one assembly, machining one or more parts of the assembly.
