Import a Project from Flow

Import a project that is compressed in Flow software to the local G4Plant archives. The software imports also the older revisions of a document if you include them in the compressed file.

Create a compressed project in Flow

The function requires that Flow’s models and drawings have a project link.

1. Select the drawings and models that you want to transfer in Flow software. Remove the selection from the check box Latest revision only if you want to transfer all the revisions.
2. Add the drawings and models that you want to export in the Flow software’s Trolley.
3. Open the Trolley and select Tools > Export.
4. Select the file format CSV.
5. Remove the selection from the check box Export viewer files.
6. Remove the selection from the check box Export item structures.
7. Select Export.
8. When the zip file is ready, download it to your workstation.

Import a compressed project to G4Plant

Import a ZIP file into the G4Plant environment.

1. Select > Open File.
2. Select the file and click Open.
3. You will be prompted to confirm the function. Select OK or Cancel.
4. When the import is ready, open and update the Browser in order to view the transferred documents. Open from the Archives or from a Library
