Quick Selection of Locating Point

These functions can be used to select the left edge, center or right edge of a frame as the locating point of a window or door. The left and right edge are defined by viewing the opening from outside the wall.

• Left end
• Center
• Right end

Note

• This function is also used in positioning the wall panel design macros (Vertex BD Framer).
• By using the Select locating point function, you can select any point on the center line of a frame parallel to the wall as the locating point.
• When moving a single opening, you can select any point of the drawing as the locating point by using the Select free locating point function.
