Edge Shape

When changing the edge shape of a horizontal structure, the shape is selected from the contextual toolbar.

Perpendicular edges

This function is used to make the selected edge perpendicular to the structure layer. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure. This function has no effect on the edge shape in a horizontal structure.

Vertical edges

This function is used to make the selected edge vertical. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure. This function has no effect on the edge shape in a horizontal structure.

Horizontal edges

This function is used to make the selected edge vertical. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure. This function has no effect on the edge shape in a horizontal structure.

Edge by given angle

This function is used to bevel the selected edge. The angle at which the edge is beveled is typed in a text box. The angle is typed in relation to the direction perpendicular to the structure layer. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure.

a = typed angle

Edge by given perpendicular fascia height

This function is used to define the height of the edge section perpendicular to the structure layer. The bottom section of the edge is beveled horizontally. The perpendicular height is typed in a text box. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure. This function has no effect on the edge shape in a horizontal structure.

h = perpendicular edge height

Edge by given vertical fascia height

This function is used to define the height of the vertical edge section. The bottom section of the edge is beveled horizontally. The vertical height is typed in a text box. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure. This function has no effect on the edge shape in a horizontal structure.

h = vertical edge height

Edge by given angle and vertical fascia height

This function is used to bevel the selected edge. The angle at which the edge is beveled is typed in a text box. The angle is typed in relation to the direction perpendicular to the structure layer. In addition, a height is defined for the beveled section by typing it in a text box. The bottom section of the edge is beveled horizontally. The top corner of the edge does not move in the side projection of the structure.
