Move a Profile Label Or Description Text from the Grip Point

You can move the profile label or description text from the grip point.

  1. Select a profile.

    The program adds three grip points to the profile: one at the center of the profile and two at the ends of the profile. You can move or stretch the profile by selecting one of these grip points.

  2. Move the cursor over the profile label or the description text. The profile label's or description text's grip point appears.

  3. Click the grip point of the profile label or description text.

  4. Click the new location.

Note:
  • You can also move the label by selecting Drafting | Text > Edit Text. You can then also change the text's locating point or position angle.
