Chimney Bottom Plate

Define the bottom plate parameters in the dialog box.

Chimney to ridge (L1)

Enter the distance from the roof ridge to the chimney edge into the text field.

Degrees

Enter the slope of the roof into the text field in degrees, or get the slope from the model as follows:

1. Click the Get angle from roof button.
2. Select a roof slope in the model.

Width (W)

Enter the width of the chimney in the text field.

Depth (D)

Enter the depth of the chimney in the text field.

Horizontal extension (L2)

Enter a dimension in the text field.

Vertical extension (L3)

Enter a dimension in the text field.
