Hide Geometry from a View

You can hide the view geometry displayed on the drawing sheet by adding a closed line chain and hatch to layer 101. The geometry under the hatch is not displayed on the drawing sheet.

  1. Open a drawing sheet.
  2. Open a view.
  3. Add a closed line chain on the layer 101.
  4. Add a hatch inside the line chain on the layer 101.
  5. Close and save the view.
Note: Hide the terrain model from the elevation views by adding it to a hiding group. Check in the drawing generation model settings that visibility by active hiding groups is selected.
