Add a Truss by One Point

You can use this function to add a single truss to the truss area with one point. The length of the truss will be determined by the edges of the truss area at the point. When adding a truss area, the upper and lower limiting structures will determine the shape of the truss.

1. Select Modeling | Panel | Truss Standard Trusses Single Truss by Point.
2. Select the truss area by clicking one of the trusses in the area.
3. Select the truss parameters, if necessary. Click the Params button above the status bar. If you cannot see the button, stretch the bottom edge of the Vertex window downwards.

4. Select the location of the truss.
