DesignStream Interface

Retrieve a project id from the DesignStream system, or add a new id to the system.

  1. Select one of the following as the type:
    • Project
    • Proposal
    • House model
    • Building Group
  2. Do either of the following:
    • Retrieve an existing id from the DesignStream system. You can fill the search criteria in one or more text fields, or leave the fields empty. You can shorten a search term with an asterisk (*).
      • Customer
      • Description
      • Author
      Confirm by clicking the OK button. The projects in the DesignStream system matching the selected type and search criteria are displayed in a list.

      Select the project and click OK.

    • Add a new id to the DesignStream system.

      Select the check box New DS project, and click OK. A project of the selected type is created in the DesignStream system, and an id is automatically generated for it.
