Update a Project from the DesignStream System

When you try to open a project, and a newer version exists on the server compared to the local project archive, you will receive the following error message: "Different version in DesignStream. Update project!" You can update the project by deleting it from the local project archive as follows:

1. Select Archives | Buildings | Maintenance Delete.
2. Select the project to be deleted from the list.

3. Confirm by clicking OK.
4. Confirm project deletion by selecting Yes in the message box.

You can then check out the project from the server.
