Example: Move a Log Wall up One Course

In this example, an existing log wall is edited.
  1. Select the walls to be edited one by one with the cursor while holding down the Ctrl key. You can only select walls with identical bottom logs for simultaneous editing. The program highlights the selected wall in color. You can undo the selection by clicking the wall again.
  2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Select the Above radio button in the dialog box.
  5. Add a log by clicking the button.

    Note that the the values in the Wall height and Top fields increase by the log height.

  6. Select the Below radio button.
  7. Remove a log by clicking the button.

    Notice that the value of the Wall height decreases by the log height, returning the wall height to the original value. The value in the Bottom field increases by the log height.

  8. Click OK to close the dialog box.
  9. Exit the function by pressing Esc.
Note: You can already edit the wall height while adding it. Select the function Log Wall Height from the auxiliary menu.
