Automatic Execution for Option System

In the Automatic Execution for Option System database view, you can select the draw settings of the solved model's elevation views. The default drawing method of the elevation views is wireframe. In addition, you can select color fills or shadows to be added to the wireframe view. Alternatively, you can use the draw method defined in the view's properties (shading or Lightworks shading) for each elevation view.

1. Select Options | Project Options Edit Automatic Execution Database.
2. Select an X from the State list to create the shadows or color fills.
   • CREATE_COLORS - Create color fills in the wireframe view.
   • CREATE_SHADOWS - Create shadows in the wireframe view.
   • USE_VIEW_SETTINGS - Use the draw method defined in the view's properties.

Note

• For large and complex buildings, turning on shadows slows down the generation of the views.
• Alternatively, you can use the function Update and Open a Drawing Sheet to select the shadows and color fills.
