SHADER TYPE: Wrapped Circular Anisotropic

Wrapped Circular Anisotropic is a reflectivity type that is used to create a surface with small, repetitive, concentric circular patterns, such as grooves or dents. The surface pattern is created using thin cylinders. This shader type is suitable for brushed metals, for example.

The centre point of the circular pattern is defined as (0.5,0.5) in the pattern layout. The horizontal and vertical frequency of the pattern is defined by the "Width" and "Height" parameters.

The surface is laid out according to the Texture co-ordinate axes, so inserting the correct co-ordinates is essential for achieving the desired effect.

Cylinder Distance Cylinder distance factor 1 The factor affects the anisotropy of the surface. The value 0 yields a normal isotropic reflection, the value 2 the greatest anisotropy. At values above 2 the cylinders reflect light isotropically, and there are smooth areas between them.
Width Horizontal frequency of the pattern 1 At 0 the pattern is not duplicated
Height Vertical frequency of the pattern 1 At 0 the pattern is not duplicated
