Select a Wall Layer

You can select a layer in the Wall dialog box in one of the following ways:

• Click a layer in the Layers list. Wall layers, from the exterior to the interior, are presented in the list, from top to bottom.

  

• Click a layer in the 3D preview image.

  

• Click the exterior or interior line of a layer in the 2D preview image.

  

You can then open the context-sensitive menu either in the Layers list or in the preview image, and select a function related to the layer.

Note

• If you have selected a particular wall volume in a model and opened its properties for editing, you can only edit the properties and parameters of the volume in question. You cannot select other layers.
