Add a Previously Saved Stair

You can add a stair previously saved with the Stair Generator as follows:

1. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
2. Select Stair Tool. The Stair Generator dialog box opens.
3. Click the Load button.

   The Windows dialog box Open will open. The default folder is ../shared/picts, in which the stairs provided by the software supplier are saved. The folder contains, for example, the following stairs saved with various parameters:

   • outd_c*.xml - Concrete exterior stair. Number of steps 2 or 3, widths 1200 or 1500 mm.
   • outd_w*.xml - Wooden exterior stair. Number of steps 2 or 3, widths 1200 or 1500 mm.
   • ww_l* - L-spiral stair
   • ww_r1* - Straight stair
   • ww_r2* - U-landing stair
   • ww_u* - U-spiral stair
   • ww_y* - U-stair with V-landing

   If necessary, select another folder.

4. Select an XML file in the folder.
5. Click the Open button.
6. If necessary, edit the stair parameters in the Stair Generator dialog box.

7. If necessary, change the reference point of the stairs, rotate or mirror the stairs, or select another function from the auxiliary menu.

8. Select the location of the stairs in the drawing.
