Bending Information

Add bending information to a flattening projection of a sheet metal part: bend radius, bend angle, and bend quantity. The bend data will be refreshed as changes are made to the model.

  1. Select Drawing | Mechanical | Notes >  Bend data.
  2. Click a position for the text in the drawing.

Bend Line Information

This function adds the information of the bend line selected in the flattening projection - the bend radius and the angle. The bend data will be refreshed as changes are made to the model.

  1. Select Drawing | Mechanical | Notes >  Feature data.
  2. Select a bend line and point belonging to a feature.
  3. Click a position for the text in the drawing.

Selecting the Presentation Method of a Bend Angle

Define the method of presentation for the bend angles in the drawing markings and the bend table.

  1. Select >  System Preferences >  Edit.
  2. Select Administrator's View.
  3. Open the keyword group Bend.
  4. Select Type of bend angle.
  5. Define in the Value field of the BendAngleType keyword either of the followings:
    • 1 - Bend angles as actual angles
    • 2 - Bend angles as complementary angles
  6. Select OK.
