Rebend

Sheet-Metal Design

Rebends a flattened sheet-metal part, taking into account the strain of the sheet in accordance with the calculation method selected.

Restore a flattened part back to a bent state as follows:

  1. Select Sheet metal part | Tools | Rebend. More options...Less options...
    • (OR) Select the context-sensitive function Edit Model >  Rebend.
Note:
  • The stretch calculation method is a part property, which you can redefine by using the Properties function.
  • A ruled face which is flattened can not be rebent.
