Add a Reference Line to a Part Number Where it Does not Exist

General

• The part number has a reference line, but it is not drawn if the starting point of the part number is inside the part number ball or if the part number is placed next to another part number.
• If necessary, you can add a reference line to the part number.

Add a Reference Line to a Part Number Where it Does not Exist

1. Select a part number.
   • A grip point (blue square) appears in the part number.
2. Place the cursor near the grip point of the part number (color changes to green)
3. Select the context-sensitive function Add Leader Line.
4. Click the location of the leader line's start point.
   • If you click a line as the starting point of the reference line, the part number is bound to that line.
