Move a Part Number

General

• You can move a part number by dragging ("drag and drop") or by using the grip point.
• If you move the line to which the part number's reference line is bound, the part number will be moved along with the element.
• You can also move the start point of the part number's leader line.

Move a Part Number (Part Number Text)

1. Select a part number.
   • The grip point (blue square) appears on the part number.
2. Place the cursor near the grip point of the part number (color changes to green)
3. Select the context-sensitive function Move Text.
4. Move the part number to a new location.
   • Click the new location.
   • Click the part number inside another part number ball. The part number is then placed next to the nearest quarter of the circle clicked: Left, right, top or bottom.
5. If you placed the part number next to another and want to remove the reference line from the part number
   1. Select a part number.
   2. Move the cursor near the grip point of the part number.
   3. Select the context-sensitive function Delete Leader Line.
