Add Piping Components or a Pipe Assembly by Copying

You can copy and paste piping components in the working window of a pipe assembly.

With functions Clipboard> Copy or Cut, notice the following:

• If you are selecting piping components only, the Clipboard > Paste function will add the model as a pipe assembly.
• The positioning method is similar to adding a pipe assembly from the component library.

1. Do one of the following:

   • Select piping components from the working window.
   • Select a segment or segments of a bent pipe.
   • Select a pipe assembly from the assembly tree.
2. Select the context-sensitive function Clipboard> Copy or Cut.
3. Select the the function Clipboard> Paste.
4. Position the pipe assembly.
