Define the height levels in the dialog box.

Height Levels
The list displays the project's main and sub height levels in a hierarchical tree.
The list displays the types and height values of the height levels:
  • The height value of a main height level is presented in relation to the absolute origin of the model.
  • The height value of a sub height level is presented in relation to the main height level.
When you select a height level in the list, the program will highlight it in the preview image with a symbol:
When you double-click a level in the preview image, the program activates the level in the list.
Move a height level and building components constrained to it by typing a new value in the Height field.
You can select a structure for a main height level (floor) from the floor and ceiling library by using the context-sensitive menu function Select floor or ceiling when the row of the height level is active in the list. The structure becomes the default floor for the main height level in question.
Under When floor thickness changes, you can select how a changed structure thickness affects the height levels when you change a horizontal structure.

Display 3D levels in model
Display all height levels in the model by selecting the check box. The height levels are displayed in the model when you exit the dialog box by clicking the OK button. After this, when you open the 3D Levels dialog box with the model window active, the program highlights the height level selected in the list in the model.
You can hide all height levels from the model by clearing the checkbox.
Apply floor and ceiling selections to model
You can select a structure for a main height level (floor) from the list in the dialog box. When you select the Apply floor and ceiling selections to model check box, the program changes all the floors constrained to the main height level in the model according to the selection.
When the check box is empty, the floors in the model remain unchanged.
When floor thickness changes
You can select how a changed structure thickness affects the height levels when you select a new structure for the main height level (floor) from the list in the Floor or ceiling field. Select either of the following:
  • Fix room height - The height value of the main height level changes.
  • Fix floor to floor height - The height value of the sub height level changes.
