Adding the Angle Constraint in a Model

This function can be used to set two parts at a specific angle to each other. You can do this by clicking the element (line or face) to be affected by the constraint in both parts.

1. Select Modeling | Connection | Distance > Angle.
2. Select the first part.
3. Select the appropriate face or line on the first part.
4. Select the second part.
5. Select the appropriate face or line on the second part.
6. Do either of the following:
   • Select part for rotation axis, and then select the rotation axis.
   • Bypass selecting the rotation axis by clicking the middle mouse button.
7. Change the value of the angle in the dialog box, and accept the value.
