Dialog Box Options

Operation: Guide Curve
The function creates part of the shadow on the selected auxiliary plane of the guide curve.

Operation: Wire Body
The function creates guide curves according to the shadow in the part.

Operation: Split Line
The function creates a split line to the part.

Operation: Cross Section
The function creates part of the shadow on the selected auxiliary plane of the cross section.

Operation: Unite with original
The function stretches the part to the shadow length.

Operation: Remove original
The function stretches the part to the shadow length, and then removes the original geometry from it

  • This option is not available for this function.
Change
You can use this function to change the auxiliary plane defining the shadow geometry to another auxiliary plane
  1. Select the feature Shadow in the feature tree.
  2. Select the context-sensitive function Edit Feature.
  3. Select Shadow Face from the list to activate the Change option.
  4. Select Change.
  5. Click another auxiliary plane where the shadow geometry is created.
