Reset the Grip Point Position

General

  • You can define a new position and direction for the grip point using the dialog box.
  • If you want to change the position of the grip point by assigning it a new position, then remove the old grip point and add the grip point (locating point) again.

Define the position and orientation of the grip point relative to the current reference geometry

  1. In the model window, select the context-sensitive function Other Functions > Edit Named Elements....
  2. Select Insertion points.
  3. From the list, select the handle you want to move.
  4. Select Move.
    • The program opens the Macro Location dialog box.

  5. Enter the offset and rotation values.
  6. Select OK.
