0005 Piece End to Piece Connection

1. Select Modeling | Connection | Joint Profiles Connection Details.
2. Select the folder Notch / Piece in the browser.
3. Select 0005 Piece end to piece connection.
4. Select the notch parameters in the Piece end to piece connection dialog box:
   • Notch depth (d1)
   • Notch tolerance (d2)
5. Confirm by clicking OK.
6. Select the profile to be notched (A).
7. Select the profile ends (B). Select the profiles one by one or use area selection.
8. Select Confirm.

The ends of the notching profiles are trimmed to the bottom of the notch.
