Mirror Geometry in a 3D Sketch

• You can mirror the geometry you select in the 3D sketch.
• Symmetry constraints are automatically added between the resulting elements.

Mirror the geometry of a 3D sketch

1. Select in the 3D sketch the lines and faces, which you want to mirror.
   • Use the Ctrl key if you you want to select more than one element.
2. Select the context-sensitive function Mirror.
3. Select the symmetry plane based on which the mirroring will be conducted. Select a planar face from the model.
   • If the editing mode of the assembly is active, you can select the face from other parts.
