Split Line Properties
Define the split line properties in the dialog box.
Dialog Box Options
- Not a split line
- You can delete a hole or other definition added using a split line by selecting the Not a split line radio button.
- Not included in floor area
- The area defined by the split line will not be included in the floor area. You can also exclude an entire room from the area calculation, see Room Data.
- Cover material changes
- You can choose a cover material for the area defined with a split line that differs from the rest of the floor.
- Floor structure changes
- You can choose a floor structure for the area defined with a split line that differs from the rest of the floor. You can define a height difference between the different floors by entering an offset value in the dz text field.
- Opening
- The split line defines an opening in both the actual floor and the room-specific layered area. The opening will not be included in the floor area.
- Ceiling divider
- You can divide a room-specific ceiling into parts with a split line.
- <=|=>
- The direction of the arrow in the floor plan indicates the area defined by the split line. You can change the direction by clicking the <=|=> button.
